Dad's First Flight

4 Comments 17 May 2010

My parents recently celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary.  They aren't big on gifts and things.  Well, long story short, Mom got a new convertible this year that she's calling a gift and she wanted to do something special for Dad.  What could be more special than a first flight?  How about your son being the... There are the standard parts, legal questions and cross country planning, and there are the questions that the examiner chooses to focus on. This lesson is about those questions specifically.... The other end of the airport is surrounded by ridiculously huge houses. One of which is on a hill straight in line with the runway. It is crazy.... Read more »

About the author

Hello, my name is Matt Everett and as of 1/1/2010 I am a private pilot ASEL. I started this blog early in my training and used it primarily as a place to keep notes of my lessons. Since then it has grown to much more than that, but my main focus is still on aviation experiences. It is my sincerest hope that this blog is a resource for others as much as it is a resource for me.
